License Agreement and Terms of Use
This legal agreement is between you as a user of the website or mobile application and the Pupila App administration regarding the Storybook service. These terms, rules, policies and service guidelines, as amended from time to time, form part of this agreement and govern your use of the mobile application. By signing up or using the service, you accept them when they are published. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and cancel your membership.
User account
If you do not have a Pupila account, you need to create one to use the service. Payment methods registered to your Pupila account may be used for purchases and subscriptions.
Children's Privacy Policy
Parents who create an account or purchase a subscription may set up a child profile associated with the parent's account so children under 16 can access Pupila under parental supervision.
Children under 16 are not permitted to create an account. Pupila does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without the consent and direction of a parent or teacher.
Membership schemes
We may offer membership schemes and change their features from time to time. By joining a membership scheme, you agree to the associated terms, conditions and restrictions published in the Pupila App. Promotional access is non-transferable and non-refundable, is valid only for its stated period and expires when a membership ends unless used earlier.
Promotional content and membership
We may make content available without purchase from time to time. Access continues only while that content is generally offered or while you remain an active member when it is a membership feature. We may remove this content from accounts, devices and applications or restrict access to it.
Availability of content
We may add or remove purchasable, promotional and membership content from our catalog and services at any time. We do not guarantee the availability of specific content or a minimum amount of content. Some content may be limited by location and geo-restriction technology may be used.
Fees and renewals
Fees for purchased content, memberships, subscriptions and other services are shown at purchase or registration. Fees may change and may be subject to taxes collected by us or a third-party partner. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
Where automatic or recurring payment applies, your subscription continues unless you cancel before the payment date. You authorize Pupila or its payment partner to collect the applicable fees and taxes using your registered payment method.
If payment is declined or unpaid, we may cancel the membership or subscription. If a valid replacement payment method is successfully charged before cancellation, the new period remains based on the original renewal date.
Service limitations
We reserve the right to accept or decline membership, or restrict use of the service, at our discretion. Memberships and service benefits may not be transferred or assigned. We may take reasonable measures to prevent fraud and abuse, including limits on content or services accessed at one time.
Content restrictions
You may not transfer, copy or display content except as permitted by this agreement. You may not sell, rent, distribute or broadcast content, remove proprietary notices or marks, disable or circumvent digital rights management or other protection systems, or use the service or content for commercial or illegal purposes.
Termination by Pupila
We may cancel all or part of the service or a membership scheme. We may terminate membership or access when conduct violates these terms or applicable law, involves fraud or misuse, or harms Pupila or other users. A failure to enforce a term immediately does not waive our rights.
Disputes
This agreement is governed by Egyptian law. Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, claims or proceedings arising from the application or interpretation of this agreement.
